Welcome Back!!

Welcome back to the art room. It's going to be a great year!!

The 8th graders finished casting their hands in plaster and are now adding color and designs. They are turning out great. What a talented class. They will be displayed this spring at the annual Art and Enrichment Exhibit.

Knights in Shining Armor

Our third grade class has finished their armor helmets and now they are ready to be "Knights for Christ". We had fun placing symbols of our faith onto the helmets using liquid glue. After the glue dried we painted with silver, metallic paint and it really looks like armor!

Fun with Paint

Our second and third graders are having fun creating fall tree paintings without any paint brushes. It was a challenge, but the results were beautiful and a great time was had by all.

Back Into The Swing of Things

Everyone at St. Helen School is back in the swing of things. In the art room we  are all working on projects using "Nature" as our theme. Our wonderful 4th graders have been creating silhouettes our of leaves and plants. They are turning out beautifully. We sure do have some talented kids here!!
